Refund and Returns Policy

At LAMO’s Chocolate and Pastry (AL LAMSAH AL THAHABIAH SWEETS LLC), we take immense pride in the quality, freshness, and presentation of our products. Due to the perishable nature of our chocolates and pastries, we adhere to a strict return and refund policy to ensure the highest standards of food safety and customer satisfaction.

1. Return Policy

Because our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for “change of mind” or incorrect ordering on the customer’s part. All sales are considered final once dispatched from our showroom or kitchen.

2. Eligible Conditions for Refunds or Replacements

We are committed to delivering perfection. We will gladly issue a refund, offer a replacement, or provide store credit under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged or Defective Goods: If your order arrives damaged, melted, or compromised in transit.
  • Incorrect Order: If the items received do not match the items listed on your order confirmation.
  • Quality Issues: If the product does not meet our strict freshness and quality standards.

3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

If your order meets the eligible conditions above, please follow these steps so our team can resolve the issue swiftly:

  1. Contact Us Immediately: Notify us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.
  2. Provide Proof: Email us at contact@lamos-sweets.com or reach out via WhatsApp with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and its packaging.
  3. Resolution: Once our team reviews your request, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/replacement.

Note: Please do not discard the product until you have spoken with our team, as we may require it to be returned to our showroom for quality assurance testing.

4. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original method of payment. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer. Alternatively, we can offer immediate store credit for your next purchase.

5. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery or pickup time. Orders that have already been prepared, dispatched, or handed over to our delivery partners cannot be canceled or refunded.
