LAMO’S is a premium sweets and pastries brand based in Sharjah, operating under AL LAMSAH AL THAHABIAH SWEETS LLC. Founded by Fatima, an Algerian-born mathematician and programmer turned pastry chef, the company is built on passion, quality and creativity. After training at ICCA Dubai and earning City & Guilds certifications, she started making cakes for friends and cafés before opening a shop in Al Khan in 2021 and launching a coffee shop in Sahara Centre in 2023.
From artisanal chocolates to macarons, tarts and desserts, every LAMO’S creation is handmade from scratch using quality ingredients. We believe in giving people moments of delight through handcrafted treats that are elegantly presented and full of flavour.

our storysweet
The story of LAMO’S pastries and sweets begins on 12/12/2021 in Al Khan, Sharjah, with a small shop where LAMO’S opened its doors for the first time. The sweet smell of cakes and cookies and pies and pudding tumbled out, wafting down the streets, beckoning all in. Our cakes, made by our founder, became iconic, and people lined up around the block for her pastries. Then the business starts to grow and becomes a bigger shop need a full team to complete each other. Fatima tried to find the best team ever to complete what she started and really worked hard on. The collaboration between the team members, the vision of the founder, and the good leads increased the success day by day until we opened our coffee shop on 08/03/2023 in Sahara Centre in Sharjah to be closer to our clients and start a new concept of coffee and juice.
